PRE AND POST CARE
Tips for all our services
- Use the restroom before you arrive. We highly recommend you go to the restroom before your appointment to enjoy the service calmly and relaxed.
- Wear comfortable clothes. We recommend you wear comfortable clothes to enjoy the service while being calm and relaxed.
- Bring tunes. If you do not want to chat, feel free to bring some music to listen to, or ask for ours!
Eyelash Extension
PRE:
- No Eye Makeup. You should remove all eye makeup and contact lenses before your appointment.
- No Mascara. Stop using waterproof mascara for at least 48 hours before your appointment, as it leaves a residue that is hard to clean.
- No Oil-based Products. Do not use oily products before your appointment, such as serum or makeup remover.
- No Lash Curling. avoid curling your natural lashes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- No Eye Infections. If you have unfortunately caught an eye infection, you will be required to wait until it has cleared.
- No Eye Surgery. If you have had eye surgery, you should wait 6 months before getting your lashes done.
- No Alcohol, Coffee, or Stimulants. Stop drinking alcohol, coffee, and do not take any stimulants that cause irritability or anxiety for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
POST:
- Don’t get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid saunas, tanning, or solarium for the first 24 hours.
- Do not use an eyelash curler.
- Avoid using oil-based eye products or waterproof mascara.
- Use only water-based makeup remover.
- Remove your eye makeup around the eyes with a cotton swab.
- Be careful to avoid pulling your extensions or rubbing your eyes.
- Wash your extensions with a special eyelash extensions cleanser.
- Brush your lash extensions regularly.
- To extend the life of your lashes, schedule refills every 2-3 weeks.
Lash Lifting
PRE:
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- No Eye Makeup: Remove all eye makeup and contact lenses before your appointment.
- No Mascara: Refrain from using waterproof mascara for at least 48 hours before your appointment, as it leaves a residue that is hard to clean.
- No Oil-based Products: Avoid using oily products such as serum or makeup remover before your appointment.
- No Lash Curling: Avoid curling your natural lashes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- No Eye Infections: If you have unfortunately contracted an eye infection, you will be required to wait until it has cleared before scheduling your appointment.
- No Eye Surgery: If you have undergone eye surgery, wait 6 months before getting your lashes done.

Lash Filler
PRE:

Brow Lamination
PRE:
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- Arrive without any eyebrow makeup, or product on your brows, make sure your eyebrows are clean.
- No Eyebrow Mascara:Stop using water-proof eyebrow mascara for at least 48 hours before your appointment, as it leaves a residue that is hard to clean.
- No Oil-based Products. Do not use oily products before your appointment. Serum, makeup remover, etc….
POST:
- Don’t get your eyebrows wet for the first 24 hours.
- No sauna, tanning or solarium for the first 24 hours.
- Do not use oil-based eye products, or water-proof eyebrow mascara.
- Use only water-based makeup remover.
- Brush your eyebrows.
- Wash your eyebrows with a special cleanser.
Eyebrow Extensions
PRE:

- Arrive eyebrow makeup free and with clean brows.
- No Eyebrow Mascara. Stop using water-proof eyebrow mascara for at least 48 hours before your appointment, as it leaves a residue that is hard to clean.
- No Oil-based Products. Do not use oily products before your appointment. Serum, makeup remover, etc….
POST:

Make Up
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- Arrive with a clean face.
- Do your skin care routine before your appointment.
Facials
Mini Facial, Deep cleansing facial, Oxygeneo facial, Glow facial
PRE:
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- Arrive with a clean face.
- Take note of your daily skincare routine and record the products that you use, this information can affect the health of your skin and is important for us to know.
- Avoid shaving or waxing 48 hours prior to your facial.
- Avoid tanning beds and sun exposure at least one week before you treatment.
- Don’t over exfoliate in the 2-3 days leading up to your facial. Most facials include an exfoliating treatment.
- Botox & Fillers. If you have done botox or filler you should wait 15 days to do your treatment.
POST:
- Drink lots of water to help your body detox, flush your system and maintain a post-facial glow.
- Be gentle to your skin, allow your skin to absorb the treatment and properly heal.
- Continue your skincare routine.
- Don’t touch your skin or pick.
- Don’t wax for 48 hours afterwards.
- Avoid the use of heavy makeup, or makeup in general if you can and for several days.
Microneedling
PRE:
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- Arrive with a clean face.
- Take note of your daily skincare routine and record the products that you use. This information can affect the health of your skin and is important for us to know.
- Botox & Fillers: If you have had botox or filler, you should wait 15 days before undergoing your treatment.
- Avoid Accutane for the 6 months prior to beginning your treatment sessions.
- If you have active acne in the area of treatment, please call to reschedule.
- Avoid Retin-A, retinoids, topical antibiotics, exfoliants, hydroquinone, and benzyl peroxide for 3 days prior to treatment.
- Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanning products for three days prior to the procedure. The procedure will be canceled if you are sunburned.
- None of the following can be used or performed two weeks prior to treatment: chemical peels, waxing, and chemical depilatories.
- Do not shave the treated area on the day of the procedure.
POST:
- Drink lots of water to help your body detox, flush your system, and maintain a post-facial glow.
- Use only your post-treatment kit for the first four days after your treatment.
- Do not use any of your own products during this time period.
- No sun exposure for at least 14 days, ideally 30 days after the procedure.
- Avoid tanning beds or self-tanning products for 7-14 days after the procedure.
- No picking or exfoliating.
- Avoid vitamin A products for 7 days post-treatment, including Retin-A, Retinol, Tazorac.
- Avoid chemical peels for 14 days post-treatment.
- No shaving for 3 days after the procedure. If the skin is irritated, continue to wait before shaving.
- Avoid toners for 14 days post-treatment.
- Refrain from sweating, exercising, Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam bath until skin irritation has resolved, typically 3-7 days.
- Avoid exfoliating medications, chemical products, or devices for at least 7 days post-treatment.
Chemical Peel
PRE:
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- Arrive with a clean face.
- Take note of your daily skincare routine and record the products that you use; this information can affect the health of your skin and is important for us to know.
- Avoid shaving or waxing 48 hours prior to your treatment.
- Avoid tanning beds and sun exposure for at least one week before your treatment.
- Botox & Fillers: If you have had botox or filler, you should wait 15 days before undergoing your treatment.
- Discontinue any topical prescriptions or any products containing Retinol or Vitamin A.
- Avoid all products with Retinol for a minimum of one week prior to your treatment.
- Do not use any alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), beta hydroxy acid (BHA), or benzoyl peroxide.
- Stop using any exfoliating products that may be drying or irritating.
POST:
- Drink lots of water to help your body detox, flush your system and maintain a post-facial glow.
- Be gentle to your skin, allow your skin to absorb the treatment and properly heal.
- Don’t touch your skin or pick.
- Don’t wax for 48 hours afterwards.
- Avoid generating any additional heat during the first 48 hours. Because layers of the skin have just been exfoliated off, exposing a fresh new layer, skin will be more susceptible to burning.
Lip Blush
PRE:
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- Arrive with a clean face.
- Botox & Fillers. If you have done botox or filler you should wait 15 days to do your treatment.
- Do not consume alcohol or caffeine such as coffee, energy drinks or tea, Vitamin E or fish oil supplements, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Niacin, or Advil 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Do not exercise or do any activity that will result in excessive sweating on the day of your appointment.
- No tanning/intense sun exposure for at least a week prior.
- Exfoliate & moisturize your lips everyday for 3-5 days prior. Lips should be smooth and soft.
POST:
- Gently wash the area twice per day.
- Apply a THIN layer of provided ointment as needed 3-5 times daily to prevent lips from drying out.
- Keep the area clean and dry during the healing process 7-10 days, this includes no exercising,
- Tanning, swimming, or use of spas/saunas.
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure for at least 1 week.
- Carefully brush your teeth with your mouth wide-open to avoid touching the paste and water.
- Avoid spicy and acidic foods. Eat carefully to make sure that food does not touch your lips.
- Hot, colorful, and/or alcoholic drinks should only be consumed through a straw.
- Do not exfoliate or apply makeup until completely healed.
- When the flaking process starts, it is important to never pick/pull scabs off prematurely.
Eyeliner Tattoo
PRE:
- Arrive at your appointment on time.
- Arrive with a clean face.
- Botox & Fillers. If you have done botox or filler you should wait 15 days to do your treatment.
- Do not consume alcohol, caffeine such as coffee or tea, Vitamin E or fish oil supplements, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Niacin, or Advil 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Do not exercise or do any activity that will result in excessive sweating on the day of your appointment.
- No tanning/intense sun exposure at least 1 week prior.
- Discontinue use of lash growth serums for at least 2 weeks before the procedure.
- Lash extensions must be removed before procedure and the eyelid skin must be in healthy condition.
- If you wear contacts, you will be asked to remove them before the appointment.
POST:
- Dry healing is recommended for eyeliner procedures. Be sure to keep the eyes dry during the healing process and avoid soaking the eye area in water for 7-10 days.
- Keep the area clean and dry during the healing process 7-10 days, this includes no exercising, tanning, swimming, or use of spas/saunas.
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure for at least 1 week.
- Do not apply makeup/creams to the eye area until it is completely healed.
- Do not get lash extensions or lash lifting/tinting services until eyeliner is completely healed.
- Do not use lash growth serums for at least 2 weeks after eyeliner procedure.
- When the flaking process starts, it is important to never pick/pull scabs off prematurely.
